The Fort Smith Arkansas Regional Airport Commission has announced the acquisition of five paintings by Charles King Steiner. All five artworks come from Steiner's "Dep(art)ing Passengers" series, six of which were featured in a solo exhibition at the airport from September 2018 to January 2019. Steiner's paintings will be on permanent display and open to the public free of charge in the interior entrance to the airport beginning January 2020.
