The University of Arkansas, Fort Smith adds Charles Steiner's "Fire" to their permanent collection

Many thanks to Gallery Director/Asst. Professor Matt Bailey for publicly installing my painting "Fire" so beautifully in the hallway of the Windgate Art and Design Building, University of Arkansas, Fort Smith. So reassuring to see that it isn't lost in art storage. With all the COVID restrictions these days, Matt is a brave curator indeed to invest his time to revamp both the gallery and hallway installations with the hope that people will actually come to Windgate to see "art".
